She holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. Her practice started as Pupil at Muthoga & Gaturu Advocates before joining Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) as Legal Assistant.
Silvana worked for Nairobi Stock Exchange as Legal and Compliance Officer and then as International Relations Officer for six and half years and as the Company Secretary of African Securities Exchange Association before leaving to launch her firm.
